Today we are overwhelmed with information supporting any and all sides of a given debate. In our class we focus on actually using the skills of logic and debate to equip the believer with the tools to defend our Faith by actually practicing hard questions in a safe environment.

Practice your skills in safe, interactive discussions held in every class meeting.
Grow and Learn
Iron sharpens Iron, and so do believers. No one can know everything, but each of us brings a different perspective to strengthen others.
Where do Guardians classes meet?
If your church has started a Guardians class, please check in the directory for its location. At Flint Baptist Church, we meet in the Refuge building on Sundays at 8:00 am and 9:00 am
our meetings are fun!

Do I need to know science?
Not at all. As long as you have an interest in knowing more about how modern science can back up Biblical truth, you are in the right place.
Is there homework involved?
Nope. All we cover during our meetings is presented in simple, quick exercises completed during our class.
Can I just come and check it out?
We welcome anyone, anytime, every week or once a year! This subject can be intimidating for some, we understand. Getting some tools in your belt is better than not having any. Give it a try and we know you’ll be hooked!
Is this some conspiracy theory hangout?
We use science and history to back up Biblical truth. Science, history, facts and data based. No sasquatch or flat Earth theory here.
Are there recommended books?
Our reading list is published on this website, but none of the books are required reading. We cover the subjects in class and provide all necessary support
I am too young/old/smart/unprepared?
We obediently follow the instructions of 1 Peter 3:15. It is not an option for a believer to be ready to defend his or her faith. We hope to be able to help in this sacred journey.
